Chandigarh, March 21 -- The Chandigarh Sports Council will host the Tricity Open Lawn Tennis Tournament 2026 from April 7 to 13 at the Sector 10 tennis stadium and the Lake Sports Complex. The tournament will feature junior and senior competitions across multiple categories, including U-14, U-18, Open and veteran age groups up to 55+, in both singles and doubles formats. Entries can be submitted until 4 pm on March 31 using the prescribed pro forma available on the sports department's website or at the Sector 10 tennis stadium. Registrations will be accepted only in physical mode after document verification. The event is open exclusively to residents and students of Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula. Participants must provide valid proof of age and eligibility, including a birth certificate, Aadhaar card and institutional ID.
