Chandigarh, Dec. 23 -- The district road safety committee appointed four nodal officers for the implementation of the 'zero fatality district' initiative in Chandigarh. The programme is being undertaken in collaboration with the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways to systematically address and reduce road crash fatalities in the city.
