UT declared 'no-flying zone' till March 28
Chandigarh, March 23 -- The district administration has declared the entire Union territory of Chandigarh a "no-flying zone" for drones and unmanned aerial vehicles from March 23 to March 28 in view of VVIP movement and security concerns during an air show at Sukhna Lake on March 27 and 28.
The Surya Kiran Aerobatic Team of the Indian Air Force will perform a civil display at the lake, where a number of VVIPs are expected, including UT administrator Gulab Chand Kataria.
