Chandigarh, Jan. 9 -- The Old Pension Restoration Struggle Committee Punjab and CPF Employees Union Punjab on Thursday announced plans to welcome chief minister Bhagwant Mann with black flags during his visit to various parts of the state, protesting against the AAP government's failure to implement the old pension scheme. In a joint statement, committee's Punjab convener Jasvir Singh Talwara and union's Punjab president Sukhjit Singh said they would also hold protests against the state government in all blocks and districts on February 19, followed by a protest march to the state assembly in Chandigarh during the upcoming budget session.
