New Delhi, May 16 -- A UK court on Thursday rejected fugitive diamantaire Nirav Modi's bail for the 10th time in the Punjab National Bank (PNB) fraud case, accepting India's apprehensions that if released, he might flee, people familiar with the development said. A CBI team was present in the high court during the hearing to assist the prosecutors.
