Two accused in murder of BJP leader arrested after encounter
	
		
				Bhopal, Oct. 30 -- Two men, accused of killing a BJP leader over an old dispute, were arrested after a brief encounter in Katni in Madhya Pradesh on Wednesday, police said.
The accused Prince Joseph (30), and Akram Khan (33) were hiding in Kajarwara area of Katni. When police reached the spot, the accused fired at them. Police retaliated and shot at their hands and legs, said Atul Singh, deputy inspector general of police, Katni.
Khan and Joseph were rushed to Jabalpur medical college where their condition is stated to be stable.
On Tuesday, BJP Leader Nilesh Rajak was going on his bike when Akram Khan along with Prince Joseph shot him before fleeing from the scene.
He died on the spot. The entire incident was captured on a nearby CCTV camera.
"Rajak had an altercation with Akram Khan over a parking issue at DAV School. Their heated argument turned violent. They accused each other of physical harassment and both filed cross FIRs at Vijayraghogarh police station," DIG Atul Singh said.
Rajak's family and local residents claimed that more people were involved in it and supported the accused financially....
