Gurugram, Nov. 2 -- At least 13 men were injured after a clash broke out between two groups of truckers over the use of a weighing bridge at Badkhal in Faridabad on Friday evening, police said on Saturday. The fight began after Mohammad Mobin, 38, and Mohammad Imran, 31, argued over whose vehicle would be weighed first, police said. "Imran called his associates, who assaulted Mobin and damaged his Scorpio before fleeing," a senior officer said, asking not to be named. Mobin later gathered his associates, leading to heavy stone pelting and damage to several vehicles, police said. "The violence lasted about 40 minutes before police from multiple stations dispersed the rioters," said Yashpal Yadav, spokesperson, Faridabad police. Nine suspects, including Imran, were detained.
