Panchkula, Aug. 28 -- Three bike-borne men allegedly snatched a gold chain of a 40-year-old woman at Sector 11/15 roundabout on Tuesday night. In her complaint, victim Promila Saini, alleged that the incident occurred around 10 pm when she was returning home after shopping. When she reached the Sector 11/15 roundabout, a young man approached her on foot and quickly snatched her gold chain from her neck and ran away. After running for 50 meters, the accused was joined by two other men on a motorcycle, and they all fled the scene. The Sector-14 police station has registered a case based on the victim's complaint and has initiated an investigation....
