Chandigarh, Jan. 24 -- A man was robbed of his mobile phone in Dhanas late Thursday night when he was cycling home from work. Victim Krishan Kumar Maurya, who resides in Dhanas, said he had reached near the HDFC Bank ATM around midnight when three unidentified persons on an electric scooty approached him from the front and snatched his mobilephone.
