Chandigarh, Dec. 8 -- Clear skies are expected throughout the coming week with the maximum temperature likely to rise to 26degC on Monday. This is likely to be the month's highest after which the day temperatures will hover between 23degC and 24degC, India Meteorological Department (IMD) officials said. The minimum is expected to stay between 7degC and 8degC, they added. On Sunday, the maximum temperature rose to 24.9degC, up from Saturday's 23.3degC. The minimum temperature also increased to 8.4degC from Saturday's 7.9degC. Earlier on December 1, the city recorded a high of 24degC after which the temperatures dropped to 22.3degC on December 11, the month's lowest so far, before climbing again....
