Amritsar, May 26 -- Psyche Summit inter-school competition was organised at Stalwarts World School, with the title 'Maa'. Students from about 15 schools participated. It included genres like painting, poetry, stand-up comedy, and ad mate show. Sumit Dua was present to judge the children participating in painting and poster making. Reena Talwar, principal Shahzada Nand College, Amritsar, PhD in Sanskrit and gold medalist and Deepti Randhawa, PhD, UGC-NET eligible, assistant professor at Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, judged the children. Pankaj Sharma, who has won two titles in the fashion world, Mr Punjab and Mr Amritsar, and Mr RJ Deep, who is playing the role of hand of programming in 94.2 FM radio, were present. Holy Hot and Millennium School got the first place in debate. Among the winning schools, Howrah Lane Senior Secondary School and Stalwarts World School got the first place in stand up comedy, Millennium and Stalwarts World School got the second place, Springdale and Holy Heart Presidency School got the third place. Stalwarts World got first place in poster making, 5.1 Bhavan got second place and Howard Lane School got third place and DAV Public School got third place. Springdale School and Stalwarts got first place in Ad Made Show, DAV Public School and Parthsikar School got second place, Exceljam and Baby Cola School got third place. Amritsar Public School got first place in poetry competition, S.L Bhavan and Stalwarts World School got second place, DAV Public School got third place. Millennium and Holy Heart School got first place in speech competition, Exceljam got second place and DAV Public School and Spring Dales School got third place. Runner up trophy was given to Springdale and DAV Public. Principal Manisha Dhanuka said the purpose of competition was to make the students familiar with mental health, creative expression and the positive effects of humor....
