Mohali, April 29 -- St Soldier International Convent School transformed into a lively sea of red, as students and teachers from the kindergarten section came together dressed in bright red outfits. The joyful celebration of Red Day brought an energy that lit up the entire campus. The event aimed to help young learners understand the importance of colours in everyday life, with red symbolising energy, passion, and excitement.
The day was packed with fun and engaging activities designed to spark creativity. Children arrived dressed in various shades of red-from bright scarlet to deep crimson-creating a vibrant and cheerful atmosphere throughout the school. Classrooms were adorned with red-themed artwork, balloons, and streamers, adding to the festive spirit.
The celebration began with an introduction to the significance of the colour red. Our talented young singers from the UKG captured everyone's hearts with soulful performances of various songs. The LKG students followed with dance routines, all centered on the colour red.
To further embrace the theme, the popular red-coloured drink Rooh Afza was served, and a colourful display of red fruits and objects-such as apples, strawberries, and tomatoes-reinforced the importance of healthy eating habits.
