As per India Meteorological Department officials, the monsoon system is still active, and rain can make a comeback around September 10. After the sun showed up on Friday, maximum temperature rose from 29.1degC on Thursday to 34.8degC on Friday, 1.7 degrees above normal. The minimum dropped from 23.9degC on Thursday to 23.1degC on Friday, 2.2 degrees below normal.
