India, Sept. 4 -- B ritish-Indian actor Simone Ashley's love life has been in the spotlight of late. A few weeks ago, the 30-year-old sparked dating rumours when she was spotted with actor Joshua Jackson. However, Simone has now added more fodder to the rumour mill after she attended the ongoing US Open tournament on Tuesday. The Bridgerton star was spotted sitting beside comedian Zakir Khan and actor Kal Penn (see above) as they watched Alexander Bublik take on Jannik Sinner at the Arthur Ashe Stadium. When cameras panned to the trio, many didn't notice the man sitting next to Simone. Soon after, though, Simone and the man caught everyone's attention as they held hands and shared a kiss. Social media was abuzz as pictures of the two surfaced, with online sleuths trying to identify the mystery man. According to Just Jared the actor's date is New York-based businessman Tim Sykes. And fans can't get enough of the PDA. One social media user commented, "Oh she looks so in love." Another joked, "She's so beautiful I hope he is thanking his lucky stars every SECOND." Meanwhile, Indian fans, surprised to spot Zakir beside Simone, called it an "unexpected crossover." Earlier this year, Simone confirmed that she had split from her partner, entrepreneur Tino Klein.
