Silver jubilee alumni meet: PU's chemical engineering class of 2000 reunites
India, Dec. 24 -- The Department of Chemical Engineering and Technology at Panjab University, Chandigarh, recently hosted a memorable silver jubilee reunion for the class of 2000. Over 45 graduates from across the globe came together to relive cherished memories and pay tribute to their alma mater.
The moment they stepped onto the campus, nostalgia set in - from the library and student centre to the hostel rooms where lifelong friendships were forged. And, of course, there was no resisting the hot samosas from the canteen and paranthas slathered with butter from Sector 15.
The atmosphere was electric, with bhangra beats and dhol rhythms getting everyone on their feet. These distinguished professionals - now CEOs, entrepreneurs and industry experts - returned as their humble selves, keen to inspire the next generation.
More than a simple reunion, the gathering became a celebration of enduring friendships and the transformative impact of their alma mater.
