Rohtak, Oct. 20 -- The station house officer (SHO) of city police station in Charkhi Dadri was placed under suspension after he was caught on camera distributing sweets and liquor as Diwali gifts to his friends in police uniform on the premises of district mini-secretariat on Saturday. The incident came to light when SHO Sunny Kumar along with other cops went to district mini-secretariat on Saturday and they were caught on camera while distributing sweets and liquor. After the video went viral, a local advocate Sanjeev Takshak lodged a complaint. Charkhi Dadri DSP( headquarters) Dheeraj Kumar said that the SP Arsh Verma has ordered to place SHO Sunny Kumar under suspension and during this time, he will continue in police lines.
