Schitt gets real: Rahul Dravid gifts Eugene Levy personalised RR jersey
India, May 15 -- The Rajasthan Royals (RR) have not had an impressive campaign at the IPL this year. However, that didn't deter Canadian actor Eugene Levy from pledging his unwavering loyalty to the team during his recent visit to their training camp.
RR shared a video on their official handles, showing the 78-year-old Emmy winner's interaction with head coach Rahul Dravid, who presented him with a personalised RR jersey. "Hopefully, you'll wear it with pride watching our games," the 52-year-old former cricketer told the actor, who replied, "I'm a Royals fan. My first cricket team and it will always be my first cricket team."
Fans in the comments section could not hold back their shock and excitement at this unexpected crossover. "OMFG WHAAAAT!? What is this cross over excuse me," wrote IPL presenter Sahiba Bali. Another fan added, "We got Johnny Rose supporting RR before GTA VI!"
Eugene, who has four Emmys, one Grammy, and a Screen Actors Guild award, is popular for the American Pie series and sitcom Schitt's Creek, which he co-created with his son and co-star Dan Levy. htc...
