Saupin's School celebrates vibrant festival of Haryali Teej at campus
Panchkula, July 31 -- Saupin's School came alive with vibrant colours, folk rhythms, and joyful spirit as it celebrated the festival of Haryali Teej. The atmosphere resonated with festivity, as both students and staff immersed themselves in the traditional charm of the occasion.
The inter-house dance competition was the highlight of the event, where students set the stage ablaze with energetic performances that celebrated the rich heritage of Punjab. The campus was beautifully adorned with elements of rural Punjab - colourful Phulkaris, Chhaj, Chatis, and Madhanis - recreating a picturesque village scene.
A fun-filled kite-making activity sparked their creativity, and the colourful kites were given to them as cheerful takeaways, leaving their tiny hearts full of joy and memories. Raminder Pal Kaur, principal, applauded the students and staff for their participation. She said such festivals are not just about celebration but also about deepening cultural roots....
