Dehradun, Sept. 12 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday announced financial assistance of Rs.1,200 crore for disaster-hit Uttarakhand. Modi held a review meeting in Dehradun to assess the impact of landslides, floods, and cloudbursts triggered by intense rainfall across the Himalayan state.
