Chandigarh, Aug. 14 -- Taking suo motu cognisance of the article published in Hindustan Times on Wednesday titled: 60% COVID ventilators at GMCH-32 lying 'defunct', Punjab State & Chandigarh (UT) Human Rights Commission has sought a report on non-functionality of the ventilators within a week time. The article indicated that over 60% ventilators received during Covid by the central government remain non-functional.
