Shimla, Oct. 12 -- Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament (MP) and Himachal Pradesh Congress in-charge Rajani Patil said that the state Congress committee will be reconstituted before the panchayat elections in the state. Patil was interacting with the media on her visit to Himachal Pradesh on Saturday. Responding to media questions in Shimla, Patil said that a proposal regarding the formation of the executive committee has been sent to the All India Congress Committee. Patil, who is on her three-day visit to Himachal Pradesh, held meetings with party workers in Theog, Shilaru, and Narkanda. During these meetings, she urged them to take the nationwide "Vote Chor - Gaddi Chhod" campaign to every household.Patil said, "Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi has provided compelling evidence of BJP vote theft in several states, yet the Election Commission is not investigating". Patil urged party workers to fulfil any responsibility assigned to them by the party with complete dedication and honesty. She said that under the campaign 'Vote Chor, Gaddi Chhod', the signature campaign should be completed by October 15 and sent to the State Congress office so that it can be sent to the All India Congress Committee....
