Chandigarh, May 11 -- After days of clear skies and sunny weather, rain is likely to return to Chandigarh from Monday andcontinue till Wednesday, thanks to a fresh Western Disturbance. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the system is set to bring cool winds to the city and keep temperatures below normal over the next few days. Officials, however, said a dry spell and temperature rise is likely after this weather system passes. On Sunday, even at 35degC, the maximum temperature was three degrees below normal. It was 35.1degC the day before. The minimum temperature rose from 21.6degC on Saturday to 23.4degC on Sunday, but stayed a degree below normal. Over the next three days, the maximum temperature will remain between 35degC and 36degC while the minimum will hover between 22degC and 24degC....
