Chandigarh, July 31 -- Punjab government, in collaboration with the World Health Organisation (WHO), India, has launched a comprehensive Cancer Care Pilot Project in the districts of Bathinda, Mohali and Gurdaspur. Health minister Dr Balbir Singh, and WHO representative to India, Dr Roderico H Ofrin said that this will ensure access to early, equitable, and quality treatment for all.
