Chandigarh, May 16 -- Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidate Harmohan Dhawan hit out at the Congress on Wednesday, saying that it was guilty of the 1984 anti-Sikh riots in Delhi. "This was a crime from which Bansal and his party can not absolve themselves," Dhawan said, referring to Congress local candidate Pawan Bansal. Dhawan campaigned in Khuda Jassu and Khuda Lahora villages on Wednesday. He accused both Bansal and Kirron of destroying village culture of Chandigarh. "Bansal has promised villagers that houses built outside the Lal Dora would be regularised, but nothing has been done," he claimed, adding that he would do so. His wife Satinder Dhawan continued her door-to-door campaign in Sector-26 Grain Market.
