Mohali, Sept. 11 -- Punjab Cricket Association (PCA) held it executive committee meeting at the IS Bindra PCA Stadium in Mohali on Tuesday.
The meeting comes days after the association elections were deferred owing to a hearing of the writ petition in Punjab and Haryana high court which pointed to certain irregularities in appointment of electoral officer and also of the election process.
The petition will come up for hearing again on September 17, a day ahead of the India-South Africa T20 match to be hosted by PCA in Mohali.
PCA secretary RP Singla said among the things cleared in the meeting was the name of electoral officer and also making few of the former international cricketers as members of the Association.
