Chandigarh, Dec. 2 -- The Punjab and Haryana high court on Monday directed the Punjab government to produce the "foundational material" that led to the rejection of Khadoor Sahib MP and Waris Punjab De chief Amritpal Singh's parole plea to attend the winter session of Parliament. The state government had rejected his representation reportedly citing potential law-and-order issues after receiving a report from the district police on November 26.
