On fourth day of Japan visit, Mann holds roadshow in Osaka to boost investment
Chandigarh, Dec. 6 -- Punjab chief minister Bhagwant Mann on Friday held a roadshow in Osaka where representatives of Japanese companies evinced keen interest in investing in the state.
Addressing the gathering at the roadshow, Mann said that the participation of industrial giants reflects strong institutional support for strengthening Indo-Japan economic ties. He said that response also shows growing interest of the global investors in Punjab's progressive industrial policies, unified single-window system and investment-ready opportunities.
The CM also showcased the state's governance and regulatory reforms, including the FastTrack Punjab single-window system offering auto-deemed approvals, PAN-based business identifiers, and amendments to the Punjab Right to Business Act. The CM held a series of meetings in Osaka, including one with Air Water Inc on opportunities in industrial gases and engineering solutions. He also had an official interaction with the Osaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry (OCCI) to explore trade, technology and SME collaboration and a meeting with Tokushima Auction Market and Global Venture Ltd on agri-market modernization and supply-chain partnerships....
