Gurugram, Dec. 18 -- Investigators are probing suspected links between plastic and industrial waste fires in Bar Gujjar and Kota Khandewla villages. The Haryana State Pollution Control Board (HSPCB) plans to file a "comprehensive complaint" against those involved in illegal scrap trade and waste processing at makeshift karkhanas in the area. Officials said the complaint targets night-time operations recovering low-cost plastic goods from industrial waste. A major blaze broke out early Wednesday at an open waste processing site in Nuh's Kota Khandewla.
