Ludhiana, Dec. 13 -- The Sadar police have booked a Jodhan resident for allegedly siphoning off 37,000 Canadian dollars belonging to his NRI wife and attempting to transfer her apartment into his own name, following a fraud that began with a Facebook friendship.
