Raipur, Oct. 24 -- A 38-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly setting his parents-in-law on fire after they refused to give him Rs.10 lakh in cash, officials aware of the matter said on Thursday. According to police, the incident took place in Bade Salhi village of Koriya district on October 14 night and police arrested the accused, along with two accomplices, on Thursday. Police said the main accused, Suresh Thakur alias Kanpuriya, had been demanding Rs.10 lakh from his in-laws, Rairam Kevat and Parvati Bai, for several months.
