Rohtak, Dec. 30 -- A 30-year-old man allegedly killed his wife with a sharp-edged weapon before hanging himself at a village in Hansi district on Monday, police said. The man and his wife, aged 28 years are survived by two daughters aged 4 and 2. Hansi deputy superintendent of police (DSP) Siddharth Bishnoi said that the incident took place at around 7 am on Monday morning when a man killed his wife with a sharp-edged weapon and then hung himself over some domestic dispute. "Locals told us that the couple used to engage in domestic fights over petty issues. They got married seven years ago and had two daughters. The victims bodies were sent to civil hospital for the post-mortem. The neighbours reached the victims house after hearing screams. They found the woman in a pool of blood and later discovered the man's body hanging from an animal shed at a distance from the house," the DSP added. The DSP said that it seems that the man killed his wife and then moved to the animal shed where he hanged himself....
