Dehradun, Nov. 12 -- The Dehradun police arrested a 29-year-old man for allegedly brandishing a cleaver through the window while driving an SUV in Dehradun, a police officer said. The accused has been identified as Akshansh Saklani (29), from Kaulagarh in Dehradun. An FIR was registered against him under relevant sections of the Arms Act. It came after a video of the act went viral on social media. "A police team traced the vehicle and took the driver into custody.
