Ludhiana, April 11 -- The Public Action Committee (PAC) has decided to approach the National Green Tribunal (NGT) over alleged pollution and environmental violations linked to a municipal corporation-run hot mix plant in the Dairy Complex on Hambran Road. PAC members alleged that the plant, located on designated greenbelt land, has been emitting dense smoke, causing air pollution and reducing visibility in the area.
