Chandigarh, Dec. 3 -- Road safety is of prime concern for all and hence awareness for the same should be imbibed into the students right from an early age. Keeping this in mind, Lohia International School in collaboration with traffic police Chandigarh recently held a traffic rules campaign, which included educational sessions and a march to promote road safety. The event which likely involved students, teachers and potentially Chandigarh traffic police officials, focused on key rules like using seatbelts and helmets, obeying speed limits and traffic signals and pedestrian safety through zebra crossings ,avoid distractions, avoid drunk driving etc. The Chandigarh traffic police greatly assisted the campaign by providing the student team with general guidelines.
