India, June 12 -- Actor-filmmaker Justin Baldoni has decided to continue his legal battle against actor Blake Lively even after his $400 million defamation lawsuit was dismissed by a judge recently. In a statement, Justin's lawyer said, "Ms Lively and her team's predictable declaration of victory is false, so let us be clear about the latest ruling. While the court dismissed the defamation related claims, the court has invited us to amend four out of the seven claims which will showcase additional evidence and refined allegations." Adding that Justin's team would be taking the legal matter forward, the attorney told Variety, "We are grateful for the organic show of support from the public and for the dedication of the Internet sleuth community, who continue to cover the case with discernment and integrity." On Monday, Justin faced a major legal blow as a judge dismissed his countersuit against Blake, her husband, actor Ryan Reynolds, and their publicist.
