Ladies Who Lead: Building new blueprint for women's leadership in India
India, Aug. 31 -- For many women in India, the road to leadership is not just steep - it is scattered with invisible hurdles. The absence of networks that open doors, the weight of unconscious bias, and the constant balancing act between professional ambition and personal expectations often make the path harder than it should be.
This is the gap that Ladies Who Lead (LWL) is determined to close.
Aabha Bakaya, a business journalist with over two decades of experience, founded LWL with a vision to give women a platform where they don't just participate, but lead and shape their own stories.

Today, LWL is a trusted ecosystem with more than 1,400 members spanning over 50 sectors.

LWL's Chandigarh launch event drew a diverse group of inspiring women - from education leaders and legal professionals to entrepreneurs and hospitality directors - signalling a vibrant new chapter for women's leadership outside traditional power centres.htc...
