Chandigarh, Feb. 17 -- Kulwant Rai Sarvhitkari Vidya Mandir, Sector 43- B, Chandigarh, celebrated the auspicious occasion of Basant Panchami with great joy and enthusiasm. The programme commenced with the sacred Vidya Arambh Sanskaar, followed by Goddess Saraswati Pujan, seeking blessings for knowledge, creativity, and enlightenment.
The tiny tots looked adorable in bright yellow attire, reflecting the colour of spring, energy, and happiness. They relished yellow-themed tiffins, adding warmth and cheer to the celebration. Students showcased their talents through thoughtful speeches, meaningful quotes, creative posters, and melodious poems dedicated to Maa Saraswati and the spirit of Basant Panchami. The event also included engaging activities such as kite flying and making handmade kites, spreading excitement and teamwork among students. A lively fair was also organised by the teachers, featuring a variety of delicious dishes and fun-filled games, making the day even more memorable for everyone.
