kulgam man's body fished out of stream
Srinagar, May 5 -- Residents of a village in Kulgam district of Jammu and Kashmir recovered the body of a youngster, Imtiyaz Ahmad Magray, 23, on Sunday amid allegations that the deceased was picked by security forces for questioning in connection with a case. Police officials said they have launched an investigation.
Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) president Mehbooba Mufti said there were foul play allegations into Magray's death whose body was fished out from the Adbal stream in Aharbal.
J&K social welfare minister and National Conference (NC) leader Sakina Itoo visited the family of Magray in Kulgam. She demanded a judicial probe into the death.
