Kindergarten teachers of Northridge Int'l School attend phonics workshop
Chandigarh, Aug. 13 -- To further enhance the teaching-learning process in the foundational years, the kindergarten teachers of Northridge International School attended an intensive Phonics Workshop conducted by Rama Joshi, a phonics expert. The session focused on innovative methods and strategies to strengthen early literacy skills among young learners.
The workshop equipped the teachers with modern techniques for introducing phonics in a fun and engaging manner, helping children develop strong reading and pronunciation skills from an early age. The training emphasised interactive activities, multisensory learning, and creative tools to make phonics lessons more effective and enjoyable for the little ones.
School principal Garima S Bhardwaj emphasised that such training sessions are an important part of the overall grooming and development of teachers.
