Chandigarh, Dec. 31 -- The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) successfully concluded a comprehensive two-day Capacity Building Programme for Social Science Teachers on December 27, 2025. Hosted at KB DAV Senior Secondary Public School, Sector 7-B, the workshop strategically addressed the modernisation of pedagogical approaches and alignment of teaching strategies with recent educational developments. Under the guidance of Subeena Anand (principal, Baby Convent School) and Sagrika Bakshi (principal, Shemford Futuristic School), the programme furnished educators with resources to facilitate a transition from textbook-centric instruction towards dynamic, learner-centered methodologies.
