Ludhiana, Dec. 19 -- An intensive one day advanced karate training workshop was conducted in Sacred Heart convent school Sector 39. Some 50 students took part in it where they were introduced to various techniques of basics kihon, kumete and Kata . The work shop was conducted by Nazim MousamZade A Black belt 6th Degree Trainer from Azerbaijan and Miss Sevinj Mousamzade A black Belt 2nd degree Trainer also from Azerbaijan. Nazim is the official trainer of National Team of Azerbaijan and also the member of Koshiki Karate Federation of Azerbaijan where as Sevinj is Trainer of women team of Azerbaijan.The students appreciated the training and were excited to have international experts of karate among them. Rev Father Jose Sebastian the director and Rev Sr Crispin Maria the principal thanked the organising team and guests for conducting the event in the school. The international experts are on 10 days trip to India on invitation of Center of Excellence the school of Martial arts and koshiki Karate India to conduct training session for the trainers of the Indian group and the students ....
