Ranchi, Dec. 27 -- A 27-year-old teacher is in critical condition after being shot by a stalker, who later died by suicide, in Jharkhand's Ranchi district on Friday, police said. The incident occurred at around 9 am on Friday at KDH Ground in Ranchi. The 29-year-old accused stopped the woman while she was heading to her school and shot her, said an officer.
