Inter-generational session at Narayana e-Techno School
Amritsar, Dec. 9 -- Narayana e-Techno School, Blue Valley, in collaboration with HelpAge India under the RRTC Programme, conducted a heartwarming and insightful session on Inter-Generational Bonding.
The event witnessed participation from our students' grandparents, with around 28 elderly members joining in to celebrate the essence of family, values, and emotional connection across generations.
The students presented beautiful cultural performances, creating a warm and joyous environment for the grandparents, who appreciated the efforts wholeheartedly. To assess students' understanding and learning, pre- and post-questionnaires were also administered as part of the session. The session was led by resource person Karandeep Walia, who emphasised the significance of inter-generational relationships in shaping values, empathy, and emotional wellbeing. She also conducted a delightful interactive activity titled "Pass the Smile", which brought both students and elders together, strengthening their emotional bond and bringing smiles all around.
The event was graced by the presence of: Rajesh Kumar - DEO, Senior Secondary, Rajesh Khanna - Deputy DEO, Senior Secondary.
