New Delhi, Oct. 8 -- Union commerce and industry minister Piyush Goyal on Tuesday discussed collaborative strategies for expanding economic and strategic cooperation with Qatar's Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani and met several Qatari business leaders to boost bilateral trade and investments. "It was an honour to call on H.E. Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar," he said in a post on X. "Discussed collaborative strategies for expanding economic and strategic cooperation, ensuring that the India-Qatar relationship continues to progress under the visionary leadership of both our nations," he added in another post. During his two-day visit, Goyal met several political and business leaders to boost bilateral trade ties investments.
