Chandigarh, Aug. 20 -- The 79th Independence Day was celebrated under the guidance of incharge , Bhupinder Kaur. The celebration began with the hoisting of the National Flag, followed by the National Anthem . Bharat Vikas Parishad secretary Mukes kumar and Vijay Singh Rawat graced the occasion as chief guests.
