Panchkula, Aug. 11 -- The ICSE Schools Debate Competition (Chandigarh Region) was held at St Xavier's School, drawing participation from several leading schools in the region. The event witnessed spirited exchanges of ideas and showcased the eloquence, clarity, and critical thinking of the young debaters.The occasion was attended by Vivek Atray, former IAS officer, author, and motivational speaker, as the chief guest. Principal George S Shear expressed pride in hosting the event and encouraged the students to continue voicing their opinions with conviction and respect. "Debating is not just about winning an argument, but about learning to listen, think, and respond wisely," she noted. A panel of judges, evaluated the performances.
