India, Aug. 21 -- A ctor Soha Ali Khan, last seen in Chhorii 2, is now stepping into a new space with her podcast, though she insists it isn't about following a fad. "I don't do anything consciously to be relevant. Being in my mid-40s, I feel women go through distinctive phases in life. I can see my body, mind, career and family dynamics changing, and it can be hugely unsettling," she says. Over the past year, Soha found herself turning to specialists - therapists, gynaecologists, gym trainers and nutritionists - while also guiding friends on taking wellness seriously. "I spent so much on my wellness and even ended up educating so many men about male menopause for free," she laughs, adding, "So, I thought why shouldn't others benefit from it too, that's where the idea of a podcast came from." Soha admits she roped in celebrities for the series because audiences connect with familiar voices. Asked whether her sister-in-law Kareena Kapoor Khan will feature, she quips: "I want subscribers! And yes, Kareena is part of it, we've already shot and it was so much fun." At home, however, husband Kunal Kemmu had his own reaction. Still basking in the success of his directorial debut, Madgaon Express (2024), Kunal has also launched his podcast and teased Soha for timing.
