Shimla, March 2 -- The Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee (HPCC) that was dissolved in November last year would be constituted in 15 days, said Rajani Patil, newly appointed All India Congress Committee (AICC) in-charge for party affairs in Himachal Pradesh, on Saturday. She held a series of meetings in two days with party leaders and workers in Shimla. "The restructuring process will include representatives from all communities and social groups.
