Holy Mary's girls strike gold at dist level Kho Kho c'ship
Banur, Sept. 5 -- The girls of Holy Mary's School have done their school proud by bagging the Gold Medal in the Under-17 Kho Kho District Championship, held under the banner of the Punjab State Education Board at School of Eminence, 3B1, Mohali. Facing tough competition from nearly a dozen schools in the district, the Maryan girls stood out with their grit, speed, and perfect coordination to secure the top spot.
The winning squad featured Arvin Kaur (Class 10-D), Husanpreet Kaur (Class 9-B), Saganpreet Kaur (Class 8-A), Aliza Khan (Class 9-D), Harleen Manro (Class 8-B), Ramanpreet Kaur (Class 8-B), Jasmeet Kaur (Class 8-C), Pari (Class 8-C), and Isha Khan (Class 10-D). With this victory, the team has not only brought honour to their school but also earned the chance to represent Mohali district at the upcoming State Level Competitions, where hopes are high for another outstanding performance....
