New Delhi, Dec. 20 -- The Delhi high court on Friday set aside Union Bank of India's decision to classify the bank account of Reliance Housing Finance Limited (RHFL), a company linked to industrialist Anil Ambani's son Jai Anmol Anil Ambani, as fraudulent, holding that the decision was taken without issuing a show cause notice. The Union Bank of India on October 10, 2024 had declared the account as fraud claiming that Jai caused a wrongful loss of approximately Rs.228.06 crore.
